It was an exceptionally smooth, efficient, and professional experience. Two separate wiring issues which led to needing a replacement of my entire breaker panel. Austin, Joshua, Cori and assistants spent the better part of two days identifying, testing and proving the circuit was now 100% to code and properly wired. Not to mention the initial call was made on a Saturday night, work began on Sunday promptly. I didn’t have a recommendation before, but now I can confidently recommend Malone electrical.

Their company makes use of modern applications that make the payment process and communicating with the customer easy. We had them come out to inspect electrical work done on our swim spa and generator that was not done to code creating a severe safety issue. The master electrician Joshua worked tirelessly to ensure he not only did a thorough job on the report but explained everything so we understood the problems. In my opinion they do business how it should be done and we feel safer in our home knowing they are taking care of our electrical work. We were incredibly impressed by Joshua when he came to install two floor outlets in our living room. He explained the procedure in a clear and professional manner. He worked very carefully with little damage to the drywall & subflooring that had to be disturbed. We felt the work was expertly executed for a very reasonable cost. Friendly, professional, and respectful! I've had them out for both a full-house appliance update and re-circuiting a room. Work was done in a timely manner both times. I also appreciate that they don't assume my partner is in charge of the process - as a female homeowner, this goes a long way to making me comfortable with having them work in my home. Joshua and his apprentice were great to work with for installing our EV charger in our home. We got the charger installed in less than a day and helped us out with any questions we had.
